Warehouse Closure: 

Please note our warehouse is closed from Thursday 19th December 2024 to Monday 6th January 2025. If any orders are placed during this time we will ship them out on Monday 6th January 2025. 

Shipping Cost:

Our standard delivery charge is $8 per order to North Island and $10 per order for South Island in New Zealand and free shipping over $85.00. Our standard delivery to Australia is $20.00 per order.

Please contact us if you would like your ‘Track and Trace’ number to see how far away your parcel is. You will need to be at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. If you are not home, the courier will leave a calling card with their contact details to arrange for re-delivery. 

Delivery Timeframe:

We understand you want your order as soon as possible! Our "target" delivery times are as follows: North Island: 3-4 days, South Island: 4-5 days.

Returns:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at accounts@youmonkey.co.nz.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the freight cost returning the item to us and will need to pay a further delivery fee for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not accept returns on sale items. 

Faulty Products:

We're committed to selling high-quality products however we acknowledge that sometimes a product may have a fault. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us at accounts@youmonkey.co.nz and let us know about the fault. If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.

Charlie’s Mindful Adventures by the Sea is a beneficial tool in teaching our littlies how to use mindful techniques to regulate their emotions and enjoy the wonderful moments that life has to offer.

Charlie enjoys mindful adventures, searching for ways to be present using the 5 senses: Smell, Taste, Touch, Hearing and Sight. He loves connecting with the world around him, and enjoying life’s simple pleasures and surprises. 

Charlie knows that mindful adventures need to be practised, and if you’re patient, like Charlie, you’ll discover a whole new world full of hidden treasures.
